What We Need: 
 
We are looking for an Ancillary Project Manager to join our Design Public Group team. 
 
The Ancillary Project Manager is responsible for coordinating with internal partners to ensure projects are completed on time and customers receive seamless, high-quality experience. The role also supports ancillary sales efforts through product recommendations and order management to drive customer satisfaction and business success.
 
What You Will Do: 
  • Create and manage special orders within internal platforms and ordering systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.  
  • Partner with Sales and Operations to validate order details, confirm feasibility, and ensure alignment with customer requirements prior to purchase.  
  • Monitor order process end-to-end, proactively identifying risks or delays and riving resolution through problem-solving and cross-functional coordination.  
  • Generate accurate and timely quotes based on client specifications, product schedules, and design inputs (e.g., mood boards, finish selections, etc.) 
  • Source and recommend ancillary product solutions that align with project aesthetics, functional requirements, and budget parameters.  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment of project goals, timelines, and customer expectations.  
  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize pricing, lead times, product selections, and overall customer satisfaction.  
  • Communicate directly with suppliers to confirm product specifications, availability, lead times, pricing, and customization options.  
  • Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.  
What You Have: 
  • Bachelor degree in business, project management or related field preferred.
  • 1 year in project management role or related experience required, 3 years of related experience preferred.
