Now Hiring: Retail (Backroom) Production Associate - New Olean Store Opening Soon!
Join us as we prepare to open our brand-new Goodwill store in Olean! This is your opportunity to be part of building a high-performing team from the ground up - where your work directly supports our mission and helps create opportunities in the community.
Behind every great store is a strong production team. As a Retail Production Associate, you'll play a critical role in processing and preparing non-clothing donations for the sales floor - helping turn everyday items into valuable resources that fund our programs.
What You'll Do
  • Sort non-clothing ('hardlines') donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories following Goodwill standards
  • Assess quality and identify items of value for pricing
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality expectations
  • Prepare donations for the sales floor
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and production areas
  • Dispose of unsellable items using proper procedures (compactor/dumpster)
  • Support donation door operations and assist with donation movement as needed
