Salary: $15.45/hour - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)

Responsible To: Location Manager/Assistant Location Manager

Summary: Deliver exemplary service with a can-do attitude, commitment to teamwork and outgoing personality. The ideal team member will possess great interpersonal skills and work as part of a team to offer customers the best customer experience every day. Retail Associates’ commitment to customer care will assist Oneida Retail Enterprise to achieve the overall mission while assisting to make Oneida a great place to work and live. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations

Minimum Qualifications: Applicants please clearly state how you meet these qualifications on the application/resume.

  • Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma, HSED Diploma, or GED Certification is required within one (1) year of employment. Applicants age fifty (50) and older are exempt from this requirement.
