This part-time role (~15 hrs/week) is designed for a rigorous, commercially minded marketer who can translate consumer behavior signals into growth strategies and speak fluently about the financial impact of every dollar spent.

Marketing Measurement, Analytics & ROI

  • Own the company's marketing measurement infrastructure, including dashboards, KPI reporting, attribution modeling, and performance tracking across digital channels.
  • Build clear, actionable reporting frameworks that provide leadership visibility into marketing effectiveness, customer acquisition efficiency, conversion performance, and revenue impact.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly performance reporting across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, paid media, email, SEO, and organic social, focusing on metrics tied directly to business growth rather than vanity engagement metrics.
  • Develop ROI analyses for marketing investments, translating campaign performance into customer acquisition costs, contribution margin impact, retention trends, and payback periods.
  • Maintain and improve reporting systems that support strategic decision-making across the marketing and e-commerce organization.



Consumer Insights & Market Intelligence

  • Analyze customer behavior and performance data across Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and other digital platforms to identify growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
  • Develop recurring insights reports that surface trends in customer behavior, retention, conversion, channel performance, product adoption, and purchasing patterns.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, positioning, and broader market trends to support strategic planning and category awareness.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for improving marketing efficiency, customer lifetime value, and channel profitability.



Campaign Performance & Conversion Optimization

  • Partner with the Brand Marketing Manager and E-Commerce Manager to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize performance across paid, owned, and marketplace channels.
  • Support product launches and major campaigns through audience analysis, forecasting, measurement planning, conversion tracking, and post-launch performance analysis.
  • Lead testing and optimization initiatives across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, email, and paid media channels, including A/B testing, conversion funnel analysis, landing page performance, and customer journey optimization.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations that help guide channel prioritization, budget allocation, and campaign refinement.



Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Support

  • Work closely with Finance and company leadership to support budget planning, forecasting, and marketing investment decisions grounded in measurable business impact.
  • Provide analytical direction and performance insights to the Brand Marketing Manager, Social Media Lead, E-Commerce Manager, and external partners to support stronger campaign execution and decision-making.
  • Support retailer presentations, product launches, and trade show initiatives through forecasting, measurement frameworks, sales analysis, and post-event reporting.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for both leadership and cross-functional teams.
