As an Account Manager for Retail Big Box at Spectrum, you will manage partnerships with leading retailers, maximize sales opportunities, and ensure Spectrum's brand is represented with excellence. Your expertise will directly influence customer satisfaction and business growth, making a lasting impact on the retail landscape.


How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Manage daily relationships with assigned Big Box Retailers and third-party vendors to maximize sales opportunities and uphold Spectrum's brand standards
  • Execute strategies, conduct field sales operations, and support partners through audits, training, business reviews, and product knowledge sessions
  • Lead regular meetings and trainings to ensure partners meet sales targets, maintain quality standards, and achieve key performance indicators
  • Deliver comprehensive product, promotion, and offering information to partners to drive awareness and sales
  • Collaborate with partner owners to develop and manage growth plans that align with Spectrum’s objectives
  • Work closely with Operations, Strategy, and divisional teams to ensure departmental alignment and successful implementation of initiatives
  • Coordinate special events, oversee staffing and merchandising, and facilitate sales execution to maximize retail performance
  • Monitor sales metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance partner performance
  • Provide actionable reports and feedback to channel leadership to influence sales strategy and resolve challenges
  • Prospect and onboard new business partners to expand Spectrum’s retail footprint and drive incremental sales

Working Conditions 

  • Spend approximately 20 percent of your time in the office and 80 percent in the field with weekly visits to assigned partners and retail locations
  • Participate in occasional division-wide travel as required
