  • Assist with managing reservations, seating flow, wait times, large parties, private dining, and special events.
  • Monitor labor, staffing levels, and productivity to support operational and financial goals.
  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures, cash handling, side work, and completion of daily operational tasks.
  • Address service issues and employee concerns promptly while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

  • Support inventory, ordering, beverage operations, and other administrative responsibilities as needed.
  • Serve as a leader and role model by promoting professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience, preferably in fine dining, luxury hospitality, upscale casual, or high-volume restaurants.

  • A strong guest‑first mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver personalized hospitality.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on business needs.
  • Proficiency with restaurant technology and reservation/POS systems preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fine‑dining or luxury hotel environment.
