Job description

Are you a people person who enjoys helping others? We’re looking for a CPAP Resupply Coordinator to join our dedicated team! In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice that helps patients get the CPAP supplies they need to rest easy and breathe better.


You’ll communicate directly with patients, verify information, process supply orders, and make sure everything runs smoothly—from prescriptions to shipping. If you love building relationships and take pride in providing exceptional service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Position Summary:

  • Call patients to review current CPAP supplies and identify what they need next.
  • Verify patient information, insurance details, and mailing addresses.
  • Request updated prescriptions or documentation from physicians.
  • Explain copays/deductibles and assist with collections as needed.
  • Enter orders and authorizations accurately.
  • Ensure orders meet utilization guidelines and are processed correctly.
  • Coordinate shipping, tracking, and invoicing for each order.


Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
  • customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • The ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person!

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to sit, use hands to type and handle items, and communicate via phone or computer.
