Job description


  • Own and grow Cotton On's US affiliate programme end to end, including partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, commission logic, optimisation, and reporting

  • Lead TikTok Shop as a core commerce channel through creator identification, outreach, relationship management, offer design, and performance tracking

  • Build and manage a store-associate affiliate programme

  • Manage affiliate link strategy across media, editorial, and creator ecosystems

  • Set commission structures, partner incentives, and testing approaches

  • Report weekly on GMV, conversion, AOV, creator performance, and next steps

  • Design and operate a systematic creator seeding programme

  • Identify and onboard creators, customers, and community members

  • Use customer intelligence tools to develop creators, advocates, and affiliates

  • Coordinate creator handoffs with the Influencer & Creator Partnerships team

  • Monitor organic content, identify traction, and package winners into briefs for paid media and CRM

  • Work with Social & Content on commerce and paid-amplification content

  • Track organic content entering paid rotation and its performance impact

  • Support integrated marketing operations, including the master launch calendar and GTM checklists

  • Collaborate with the global AUS team and localise campaigns for the US market


Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years operating affiliate or creator commerce programmes

  • Detailed experience with TikTok Shop wins and misses

  • Hands‑on experience running TikTok Shop and at least one major affiliate platform

  • Ability to set up offers, track performance, and optimise affiliate platforms

  • Experience designing commission structures, incentives, and tests balancing growth with profitability

  • Strong reporting skills and comfort owning performance conversations with senior stakeholders

  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented

  • Experience in‑house or at an agency with Gen Z‑focused fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or similar consumer brands

  • Ability to move between detail and strategy and turn messy data into a clear narrative

  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 20%

  • Comfortable moving equipment, product, or props for shoots
