Vitality Restore PT is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Vancouver, Washington. In this full-time role, you will take charge of patient-centered rehabilitation, managing therapeutic care for a diverse range of patients while working collaboratively with physicians and healthcare team members to optimize recovery outcomes.

You will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Vancouver, Washington, where our team thrives on collaboration and support. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Vitality Restore PT, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, assessing their rehabilitative needs and devising tailored treatment plans.
  • Implementation of Care Plans: Collaborate with the medical team to develop and execute individualized care strategies focused on measurable goals and patient engagement.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Administer a variety of physical therapy modalities and techniques, which could include manual therapy, functional movement training, and therapeutic exercises.
  • Patient Education: Instruct patients and their families on effective use of therapeutic resources, ensuring they understand the home programs and assistive devices to maximize recovery outside of therapy sessions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
