Vitality Restore PT is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Vancouver, Washington. In this full-time role, you will take charge of patient-centered rehabilitation, managing therapeutic care for a diverse range of patients while working collaboratively with physicians and healthcare team members to optimize recovery outcomes.

You will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Vancouver, Washington, where our team thrives on collaboration and support. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing for a structured schedule that promotes both productivity and work-life balance. As a Physical Therapist at Vitality Restore PT, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, assessing their rehabilitative needs and devising tailored treatment plans.
• Implementation of Care Plans: Collaborate with the medical team to develop and execute individualized care strategies focused on measurable goals and patient engagement.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Administer a variety of physical therapy modalities and techniques, which could include manual therapy, functional movement training, and therapeutic exercises.
• Patient Education: Instruct patients and their families on effective use of therapeutic resources, ensuring they understand the home programs and assistive devices to maximize recovery outside of therapy sessions.
• Continuity of Care: Support patients throughout the rehabilitative process by coordinating care and adjusting treatment plans based on progress assessments.
• Caseload Management: Prioritize patient caseloads, staffing needs, and coordinate hand-offs to ensure seamless continuity of care for each patient.

You will primarily work with a diverse population including both adults and children, focusing on various rehabilitation needs stemming from surgical, orthopedic, neurological, and other medical conditions. Your expertise will play a critical role in improving the functional and mobility outcomes for patients at every recovery stage.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is mandatory within the first 30 days of employment.

While no prior experience is required, a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred. Experience with pediatric or orthopedic populations will be advantageous but not necessary.
