Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing therapeutic care for an assigned caseload of patients, in close collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team to develop treatment goals and measure progress.
• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments to formulate individualized care plans that encourage engagement, goal achievement, and overall patient satisfaction.
• Implementing various therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and functional training, tailored to the unique needs and capabilities of each patient.
• Providing in-home therapeutic services as necessary, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to therapist-recommended interventions.
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers about therapeutic exercises, use of assistive devices, and impactful lifestyle modifications.
• Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to prioritize patient caseload, manage daily staffing needs, and ensure smooth transitions of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your patient population will encompass a diverse demographic, including adults recovering from surgery, elderly patients facing mobility challenges, and individuals needing rehabilitation post-injury. Vitality Restore PT aims to meet the full continuum of care, ensuring our therapists deliver tailored services that address specific rehabilitation goals. Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• Current and valid licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Washington State.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or willingness to obtain it within 30 days of employment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cohesively within a team environment.

Preferred Experience

Although no prior experience is required, candidates with experience in outpatient therapy settings, knowledge of therapeutic modalities, and familiarity with patient management systems will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
