These stores are often operated by nonprofit organizations, such as Habitat for Humanity, to support affordable housing initiatives. Restore Managers handle daily store activities, inventory management, donation processing, customer service, and volunteer coordination to ensure smooth and efficient operations. They also develop strategies to increase sales and donations while maintaining a positive community presence.
