As the Mitigation & Contents Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our growing Appleton Mitigation & Contents team, developing people, improving performance, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience during one of the most stressful times in their lives.

What You'll Do

As the operational leader for the Appleton Mitigation & Contents department, you will:

  • Lead the daily operations of the department while ensuring exceptional customer serviceย 
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Lead Technicians, Technicians, and support staffย 
  • Drive department profitability through effective scheduling, resource planning, job costing, and operational efficiencyย 
  • Support complex mitigation and contents projects while helping teams solve challenges in the fieldย 
  • Monitor quality, safety, documentation, and compliance across all projectsย 
  • Build strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, adjusters, vendors, and referral sourcesย 
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talentย 
  • Partner with Business Development and Reconstruction teams to deliver a seamless customer experienceย 
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellenceย
