We are looking to expand our team and are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who is passionate about driving growth and leading a high-performance sales team.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager in the water damage restoration industry, you will be responsible for leading and growing our sales department, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients. You will oversee the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring our team is well-equipped to deliver the best customer service and solutions for clients dealing with water damage, mold, and related emergencies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and exceed performance targets.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders (including insurance agents, property managers, real estate agents, and construction professionals), and expand the company’s market presence.
