Work Environment

You will work in a set schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life with weekends off. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and recognize the individual objectives and physical capabilities of patients through thorough evaluations.
  • Manage a patient case load effectively, ensuring one-on-one treatment sessions exceeding quality standards.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans and modify them as needed based on patient progress and feedback.
  • Utilize a variety of cost-effective therapy techniques aimed at improving mobility and increasing range of motion.
  • Implement non-invasive treatment options while minimizing medication usage through education on alternative therapies.
  • Create personalized fitness and wellness programs that reflect the unique needs and capabilities of each patient.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all services rendered to ensure compliance with regulations and facilitate continuity of care.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to monitor progress and alter treatment plans according to patient needs.
  • Foster a motivating environment that encourages patients to engage actively in their rehabilitation process.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to align patient care strategies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

We primarily serve an active adult population, many of whom are seeking rehabilitation following orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain conditions. Our patients often come from a variety of backgrounds, presenting with diverse needs ranging from post-operative recovery to functional mobility enhancement. As a Physical Therapist at Restore Wellness, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients of varying ages, providing customized care that addresses both their physical impairments and lifestyle goals.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required; however, candidates with a Master’s or Doctorate degree (MPT or DPT) will be prioritized.
  • A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida is mandatory.
  • A clear disciplinary record with no board actions against your license.
  • Expertise in manual therapy techniques and proficiency in designing and implementing exercise programs.
  • Familiarity with utilizing EMR software, particularly WebPT, to maintain detailed patient records.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in individual treatment planning and a strong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Experience in providing patient education regarding rehabilitation programs and lifestyle modifications.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes a range of health, dental, and vision insurance options, a flexible on-demand pay program, and generous time off (10 PTO days annually).
