Responsibilities:
Pack Out – Receiving – Production – Restoration - Warehouse – Staging – Delivery
 

  • Travel to the loss Site to properly inventory and sort textiles, electronics, art, and contents by using appropriate technology.
  • Follows all procedures and guidelines per training protocols.
  • Communicate and follow verbal instruction from the lead CSR.
  • Effectively pack out jobs properly while maintaining the integrity of the contents.
  • Follow written instructions specific to each job.
  • Ensure that the restoration process meets company standards and customer expectations.
  • Remain professional around homeowners, adjusters and contractors.

Receiving –
 

  • Assist warehouse manager unload contents.
  • Organize all contents based on cleaning method.
  • Identify and separate for immediate needs.
  • Use appropriate technology.

Pack out –
 

  • Ensure truck is stocked with materials for the day.
  • Perform pack out based on normal flow – textiles, electronics, art, contents.
  • Follow all procedures to properly inventory, eval, tag and box
  • Take appropriate photos.
  • Keep a clean workstation.

Delivery –
 

  • Assist warehouse manager load deliveries.
  • Transport items to loss site.
  • Place furniture in original rooms
  • Place boxes unopened in original rooms.
  • Protect loss site from damage during delivery.
  • Use appropriate technology.

Job Requirements
 

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have driver’s license and be insurable
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
  • Must be comfortable working in challenging environments following fire, water or wind damage
  • Must enjoy working with others
