• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to provide tailored therapeutic support to individuals coping with various mental health challenges.
• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions, utilizing effective communication strategies and evidence-based practices to resolve interpersonal conflicts and strengthen relationships.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of client needs, leveraging tools such as standardized assessment instruments for more accurate diagnoses.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly, engaging in regular follow-ups to assess efficacy and encourage sustained improvement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.
• Ensure detailed and accurate clinical documentation, maintaining compliance with telehealth regulations and best practices, and contributing to our knowledge base.
• Stay informed of the latest developments in counseling practices and telehealth, participating in ongoing training and workshops to enhance your skillset.

You will work primarily with adult clients experiencing a range of emotional and mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. • A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required for this role.
• An active license as a Professional Counselor in Oregon is mandatory.

• The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated to manage your caseload independently.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, as it prepares you better for virtual client interactions.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, determined by your experience and the caseload you manage. Additionally, employees benefit from several supportive resources:
