This position is based onsite in a home care setting, where your expertise will directly impact patients in their own environments. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, gathering essential medical histories and understanding their unique challenges, to develop bespoke treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement a variety of hands-on therapies, aimed at restoring mobility, alleviating pain, and enhancing physical functioning, while utilizing modalities and techniques appropriate for each patient.
• Employ a range of manual therapy techniques, including myofascial release and joint mobilizations, alongside therapeutic exercises designed to improve strength, range of motion, and overall physical fitness.
• Deliver focused one-on-one patient care, treating a patient each hour without the assistance of technicians or aides, thereby ensuring high-quality, personalized attention.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making real-time adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and recovery goals.
• Collaborate with an integrated healthcare team that includes physicians, specialists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient transitions and comprehensive care.
• Participate in a structured mentorship program with a fellowship-trained therapist aimed at enhancing your clinical skills and professional development.

Our ideal candidate will focus on a diverse patient demographic that includes athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals recuperating from surgical interventions, and patients with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will work closely with each patient to set realistic recovery goals and empower them through education and engagement in their care plan.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• An active Physical Therapy license in Nevada is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation practices and manual therapy techniques is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation standards.

• 2 years of experience working within an outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation setting is highly preferable.
• Demonstrated competence in executing therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation protocols based on current best practices.
