Water Restoration and Technician Responsibilities

  • Effectively perform Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration services the company offers.
    (Note: Compensation levels will reflect the experience level of the technician. Hourly rate increases as experience and certifications are gained.)
  • Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance.
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
  • Inspect completed work.
  • Complete the technicians daily log.
  • Complete Work Orders.
  • Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
  • Maintain inventory of related supplies.
  • Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
  • Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
Physical Demands

  • Lifting in excess of 50 lbs.
  • Mobility and ability to maneuver in tight spaces
What Were Looking For

Were seeking a self-starter with leadership skills and a passion for restoration and cleaning. Ideal candidates will have:
  • Experience: Recent water damage restoration experience preferred but not required
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, basic computer proficiency, proficiency with restoration software such as Xactimate preferred but not required
