• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure holistic client care and support.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in workshops and training to stay updated on the latest mental health research and practices.

You will work primarily with diverse populations, including individuals and families who have limited access to traditional mental health services. Your role will involve addressing a range of mental health issues, particularly focusing on those impacted by systemic barriers, trauma, and family dynamics. Your empathetic approach and expertise will empower clients to navigate their challenges and find pathways to healing.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines pertinent to counseling practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies to manage client information.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly desired.
• Experience working in telehealth or remote counseling environments.

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
