SERVPRO is looking for a highly organized, motivated Project Manager Assistant (PMA) to support our Reconstruction Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, communicating with customers, working with subcontractors, and helping keep construction jobs running smoothly. You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers on residential and commercial reconstruction projects following fire, water, and mold losses.
Responsibilities
• Assist Project Managers with daily job coordination
• Schedule subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
• Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and vendors
• Order and track building materials • Maintain job documentation, photos, and project notes
• Update project management software and job files
• Help monitor budgets, timelines, and job progress
• Perform occasional job site visits
• Assist with estimating and change orders (training provided)
• Ensure projects stay organized from start to finish Qualifications Preferred
• Construction or restoration experience
• Customer service experience
• Administrative or project coordination experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to learn construction software quickly
