About the Position

Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its Raleigh, North Carolina branch. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, business development, and team leadership across all areas of the business.

The General Manager will oversee mitigation, reconstruction, contents restoration, sales, customer service, and administrative operations while ensuring exceptional project execution and an outstanding customer experience. This leader will be responsible for growing market share, building high-performing teams, and delivering strong financial performance while maintaining the company's long-standing reputation for quality and service.

Compensation
  • Base salary up to $170,000+, depending on experience
  • Annual performance bonus opportunity of up to 50% of base salary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for all branch operations.
  • Manage full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, cash flow, and financial performance.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across operations, sales, mitigation, reconstruction, contents, customer service, and administration.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence and financial success.
  • Drive business development initiatives and strengthen relationships with clients, insurance partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Foster a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with regional and corporate leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent while building leadership capability throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven success leading a service-based business with full operational responsibility.
  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L management experience.
  • Executive leadership experience within restoration, construction, facilities services, specialty contracting, or a similar service-driven industry.
