Construction Project Manager
Base Salary up to $50,000 - $60,000 + structured incentive plans

The Project Manager is responsible for successfully leading and managing all reconstruction projects to completion, on time and on budget.

THE ROLE
Project & Subcontractor Management

  • Scheduling: Coordinate vendors, tradesmen, and sub-contractors for repairs.
  • Leadership: Manage an on-site Foreman for each active project.
  • Procurement: Order construction materials and approve purchase orders.
  • Finances: Align budgets with project estimates and collect accounts receivable.
Communication & Compliance
  • Insurance Liaison: Negotiate and communicate directly with insurance carriers and property owners.
  • Updates: Provide weekly status reports on all active jobs to clients and management.
  • Safety: Monitor job sites for safety violations, quality control, and training needs.
  • Availability: Participate in a weekly manager "on-call" rotation for emergencies.
Team Leadership
  • Training: Coach and develop team members to execute reconstruction projects.
  • Reviews: Conduct 90-day, mid-year, and annual performance reviews for direct reports.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve issues between carriers, owners, vendors, and tradesmen.
Education
  • Required: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
Experience
  • Required: 5+ years of management or leadership experience strictly within the restoration or construction industry.
  • Required: Hands-on experience in construction management and site supervision.
Travel
This position will require up to 25% local travel to jobs sites, trainings, and company events (as needed).
