Job description

This position is located in the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority,
Planning and Research Division.

This position serves as a senior advisor/expert to provide specialized and technical engineering assistance in implementing applied research and development of the CPRA’s overall coastal restoration and hurricane flood protection program. Work involves the integration of engineering and scientific disciplines through adaptive management (natural, physical, social and economic) principles to support the Planning and Research Division’s mission, as well as the CPRA’s overall coastal restoration and hurricane flood protection program.

The maximum salary for the Engineer 6-DCL is $135,034 annually.

No Civil Service test score is required in order to be considered for this vacancy.
