Experienced Restoration Technician

We're looking for an Experienced Restoration Technician to join our Baton Rouge, LA team!

Starting pay is $18-$22 per hour

Opportunity for quarterly bonus

What you'll be responsible for as an Experienced Restoration Technician:

Assist project manager on various construction projects

Assess property damage and create cleaning plan

General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing

Participate in demolition and reconstruction process

Maintain safe job-site

Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs

Pre and post construction clean-up

What you need to have:

Relationship building/maintenance skills

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

Personable with good communication skills

Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs

Strong desire to learn and excel

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time

Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
