Job description

Role Description:

The experienced Manager/ Restoration Technician is a full-time, hybrid role based in Loveland, CO, with daily tasks within our territories. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing property damage, performing water, fire and mold damage restoration and mitigation, removing affected materials, setting up and monitoring drying equipment, and documenting all work performed. The technician will follow OSHA and IICRC safety standards, maintain detailed records and photos, and communicate clearly with clients, team members, and insurance representatives. Additional tasks may include assisting with odors and biohazards that include invasive species and human biological remediation, cleaning and sanitizing affected areas, and supporting on-call or after-hours emergency responses when needed.

Restoration

 Qualifications:

  • Certified in IICRC Areas of expertise; prior experience in restoration is required.
  • Proficient in Xactimate, Xcelerate, Encircle, HubSpot, and QuickBooks.
  • Strong knowledge of water and fire damage restoration techniques, including assessment, mitigation, and use of restoration equipment.
  • Ability to perform effective mitigation work, including moisture detection, removal of damaged materials, and prevention of further property loss.
  • Awareness of invasive species or related environmental concerns that may impact restoration projects, with willingness to follow proper remediation procedures.
  • Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and insurance partners, both verbally and in writing.
  • Insurance Approved and Valid driver’s license.
  • Comfortable driving a high-roof professional tradesman van.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to our office in Loveland. Local Resident.
  • Valid to work in USA, no Visa sponsorships are available at this time.
  • Pass Background check.
  • Pass Drug Test
  • Comfortable with physically demanding work at times, including lifting, bending, and working in challenging environments.
  • Ability to follow written instructions, safety protocols, and industry standards; IICRC or similar certifications are required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
