Key Responsibilities
  • The main job duties for this position are to carefully pack up client's personal property, detail clean contents, and inventory the itemsYou will be responsible for contets Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.
  • You will be required to assist and performing other restoration activities, as needed, including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.
  • Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
  • Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
  • Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.

Position Requirements
  • Valid drivers license
  • Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
  • IICRC certification is a plus, but not required

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
