Job description

Position Summary

Cleanest Restaurant Group is seeking reliable and motivated part-time cleaners to perform deep cleaning and routine sanitation in commercial restaurant environments during overnight hours. Tasks may vary by location, so flexibility and a strong work ethic are essential. Our cleaners play a vital role in ensuring restaurants are safe, sanitary, and guest-ready each morning.

This position may include kitchen cleaning, front-of-house cleaning, or both, depending on the assigned location.

Schedule & Hours

  • Part-time: 20–30 hours per week

  • Shift timing: Overnight / late-night hours

  • Schedule may vary by location

Essential Duties

Kitchen Cleaning

  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment

  • Rinse, scrub, and disinfect floors and prep surfaces

  • Wash walls, shelving, handles, and high-touch points

  • Polish stainless steel and metal surfaces

  • Maintain A-rating sanitation standards

  • Complete all tasks necessary to ensure a safe, compliant kitchen environment

Front-of-House Cleaning

  • Clean and disinfect restrooms

  • Empty trash and transport waste to designated disposal areas

  • Sweep, vacuum, and mop dining areas and entryways

  • Dust lamps, window sills, and horizontal surfaces

  • Clean and polish metal fixtures and bright surfaces

General Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety procedures and chemical-handling guidelines

  • Properly use company-approved tools, equipment, and cleaning products

  • Complete assigned tasks accurately and within scheduled timeframes

  • Maintain professionalism while representing Cleanest Restaurant Group

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Cleaning experience preferred but not required

  • Restaurant or commercial cleaning experience is a plus

  • Ability to reliably work overnight shifts

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

  • Physically able to bend, lift, stand, and move throughout the shift

Training Provided

We provide paid, hands-on training led by experienced supervisors. Team members will be trained on our cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and the proper use of equipment and products to meet Cleanest Restaurant Group’s professional standards.
