The Service Manager leads by example and uplifts our staff through busy times. The Service Manager establishes quality standards, trains and educates service employees in cooking methods, serving techniques, and portion control. Utilizes experience and talent to help the restaurant reach their financial goals through skilled management in the categories of labor, customer service and management.

  • Customer-Service : Service managers are required to interact with customers. Being friendly and courteous will help keep customers coming back.
