Job Responsibilities:
  • Extend warm greetings to guests, ensuring a welcoming and personalized service from the moment they arrive.
  • Efficiently take and process food and drink orders, catering to special requests, and promptly checking for guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Maintain attentive and courteous service, consistently upholding Cheeca Lodge and Spa's high service standards.
  • Perform essential duties, including opening and closing tasks, restocking, and ensuring cleanliness in accordance with health standards.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the menu, daily specials, and the restaurant's unique offerings to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive and professional approach.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times and actively participate in team briefings.

Skills and Experience:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous Server experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Fluent in English, with a basic knowledge of food and beverage;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
