Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure they are delivered promptly
  • Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and menu items
  • Mix, garnish, and serve a variety of beverages according to recipes and standards
  • Check identification to verify customers' legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated customers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and seating areas
  • Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales and revenue
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise with professionalism and poise
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for customers
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling, inventory management, and general cleaning tasks
  • Be knowledgeable about food and beverages, including specials, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and alcohol serving guidelines

Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Server and/or Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to memorize and recall menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktails
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods
  • Basic math skills and cash handling experience
