Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and striving
  • to be the best part of each member's day.
  • Answer phone calls, and facilitate reservations and to-go orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Offer members and guests a warm greeting and a fond farewell.
  • Be knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and other Club offerings.
  • Ensure the host area and restaurant is clean, tidy, and inviting.
  • Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Host and club experience is a plus
  • Experience with restaurant POS systems is a plus
  • Must be 16 years or older

Physical Requirements

Availability

  • This position is available for part-time individuals. Candidates must be willing to have flexible schedules and willing to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. Shifts will differ from 4-8 hours.
  • Sunday availability is required.
