What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

As a Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team. Your primary responsibilities include acting as the key link between the headquarters and the assigned region's branches, staying up-to-date with company policies, ensuring focus on increased sales, and building productive customer relations. The successful candidate will be in charge of the region's day-to-day operations and will carry out company policies and guidelines.

What You'll Bring (Requirements):

  • Multi-unit restaurant management experience in fast-casual restaurant concepts, preferred
  • Proficient in restaurant operations, front/ back of house, and point of sale systems
  • Experienced in leading a team through objective measures of performance
  • Advanced understanding of the decision-making process, deliverable prioritization, and timelines
  • Advanced ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate decisions while motivating assigned teams
  • Strong understanding of restaurant functions, including training, recruiting, and delegating certain tasks
  • Requires 75% travel within the home and surrounding markets
  • Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a retail environment.  
  • Must have Food Safety Manager Certification upon hire
  • Must have a valid state driver's license and insurance upon hire
