  • Our Assistant Managers earn between $75,000-$130,000 including monthly and annual bonuses!
  • Assistant Managers earn a base salary of $65,000-70,000.
  • Assistant Managers earn a short-term monthly bonus as well as an annual long-term bonus. This bonus is based on store sales and profits that provide the opportunity to earn another $10,000-$60,000 per year. On average, our Assistant Managers earn up to $100,000/year with our top Assistant Managers earning up to $130,000.

  • We are opening 20 new restaurants across Texas over the next four years. That means we will need 20 new General Managers and 120 new Assistant Managers.
  • There will be no better restaurant management opportunity than at Pluckers. Because we are opening so many restaurants, you have the opportunity to become an Assistant General Manager within 4-6 months.
  • As we expand, we are also looking for individuals capable of developing into a General Manager role within 1-3 years. Our General Managers have the opportunity to earn over $200,000/year.
  • Before you can be eligible to become a General Manager, you will first complete our 16-week training program, then master the Assistant General Manager role.
