Upholding standards, maintaining excellent product quality, and ensuring high levels of cleanliness and sanitation will be paramount. A key responsibility of the Restaurant Manager will be to provide employees with consistent and appropriate feedback to facilitate their development and enhance overall operations. You will also ensure that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards. Performing line checks in the galley throughout the shift to guarantee specifications on weights, temperatures, cleanliness, and organization will be essential. You will be responsible for staffing the unit appropriately.
