Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and knowledge of food safety certifications is typically required. Excellent communication, cultural adaptability, and problem-solving skills help managers motivate teams and deliver outstanding guest experiences in new locations. These competencies ensure smooth relocation transitions, maintain service standards, and drive business success in diverse environments.
