Restaurant Manager

$52,000-60,000/yr Monthly Bonus Program and PTO Eligibility

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supporting store leadership, ensuring operational standards are met, and maintaining strong communication across the team. This role focuses on operational performance, team accountability, training, and maintaining the company’s culture and standards across assigned stores.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Verify that daily sales are posted to Slack each morning. On Mondays, ensure the total weekly sales for all assigned stores are posted.
  • Follow up on all repairs and maintenance issues.
  • Monitor Slack to confirm that team members have posted and commented on the required video updates.
  • Review daily donut case photos, which must be taken and posted by 2:00 PM.

Weekly Responsibilities
  • Attend Wednesday Zoom calls or luncheons.
  • Schedule a Tuesday call with all store leaders at a designated time.
  • Ensure that two wins from each store are posted.
  • Confirm that every scheduled employee is active on Slack.
  • Count the store safe and review the manager's notebook.
  • Verify that the Redbook is completed correctly.
  • Ensure the weekly schedule is posted on Slack by Friday morning—no exceptions.

Monthly Responsibilities
  • Ensure that monthly staff meetings are scheduled consistently (e.g., the 3rd Saturday of each month) and that attendance is mandatory for all employees.
  • Attend monthly staff meetings at each store and communicate the company’s culture and mission.
  • Confirm that all employee training is up to date and spend a day working at the store to assess training on product preparation and weekly cleaning procedures.
  • Review store organization and product arrangement, providing improvement recommendations to managers.
  • Conduct window readiness calls (Mandatory).
  • Attend the monthly manager meeting and prepare presentations as needed.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent reading and math ability to review manuals and prepare reports.
  • Clean police record/background check.
  • Previous restaurant experience required.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
  • Successful completion of Dunkin’ corporate training program required.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train, motivate, and support team members.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements
  • Visual ability sufficient to inspect restaurant cleanliness and employee appearance.
  • Ability to hear and speak clearly to train staff and handle customer concerns.
  • Mobility to move throughout all areas of the restaurant and assist with operations when necessary.
