The Kitchen Manager will demonstrate a commitment to quality, develop the skills of team members, and establish the standard for kitchen operations. The Kitchen Manager contributes to the brand goal of delivering a superior guest experience by maintaining a work environment that emphasizes teamwork, quality food, positive energy, and fun.  

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Work with the General Manager and management team to develop, implement, and manage a business plan 
  • Build exceptional teams through recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and continued development
  • Hold themselves and others accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results, and develop long-term strategies to position the company competitively

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a kitchen manager 
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry and focused on creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Computer knowledge 
  • Must possess strong communication, listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required
