Umalu is seeking an energetic, guest-focused Restaurant Wait help team member to support food and beverage service in both our restaurant and poolside dining. This cross-functional position requires flexibility and versatility, as team members will be scheduled and expected to work in either location based on operational needs.
Restaurant Wait help colleagues are responsible for submitting guest menu selections, presenting food and beverage offerings, and creating memorable dining experiences through attentive and personalized service. The ideal candidate will gain extensive menu knowledge, confidently provide recommendations, engage guests in friendly conversation, and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere that defines the Umalu experience.
