What You'll Do – Key Responsibilities

As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your restaurant’s success. You’ll lead with vision, build an outstanding team, and make critical decisions that impact your people, your guests, and your bottom line.

  • Own the operation of the restaurant, leading daily execution of food safety, quality, speed, and hospitality.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service and upholds Taco Bell's brand standards.

  • Create a winning culture focused on teamwork, accountability, inclusion, and recognition.

  • Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members at all levels
  • A hands-on approach—you lead from the front and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 years or older
