Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: Our General Managers need to provide leadership and guidance to restaurant employees for all aspects of each shift worked within the restaurant. The General Manager will supervise 15-20 restaurant staff members per shift, and has direct accountability for all operational results for their shift. The General Manager will ensure food is in compliance with Standard Operating Procedure in the areas of specifications, recipes, plating and garnishes and guarantee food is presented perfectly and served at ideal temperatures, within standard ticket times. The General Manager is responsible for the development of his management team and the overall operations and profitability of the restaurant.

Qualifications:

· The General Manager position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience 

· The General Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others

· The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for our General Manager

· Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement of the General Manager

· The General Manager should act as a “brand ambassador” for our company at all times
