Job description

West Side Social is looking to add a leader to our front of house team. This Assistant Manager position is a full-time position will be responsible for running a smooth shift, scheduling front of house employees, ensuring a great guest experience and exceeding their expectations while handling all guest and employee relations during a shift. Must be available nights and weekends.

The right applicant will have at least 1 year of front of house leadership experience in a full service restaurant. A positive leadership style and a guest centered approach to hospitality.

Salary $48,000 - $55,000 or DOE. Great benefits available, including matched 401K and health insurance.
