What You Will Do
  • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in an efficient, organized manner
  • Ensure accuracy of orders and proper presentation before delivery
  • Communicate course timing, modifications, and special requests to servers
  • Assist in clearing and resetting tables between courses or after guests leave
  • Support servers by restocking plates, silverware, and service items
  • Maintain cleanliness of expo lines, food stations, and service areas
  • Assist with running beverages as needed
  • Answer basic guest questions or direct them to servers
  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards
  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
