We're looking for a high energy, people focused Inside Sales Call Center Agent who excels at building trust, influencing decisions, and guiding patients toward life-changing vision correction procedures. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn meaningful conversations into scheduled appointments.
You'll serve as the first impression for prospective patients educating, supporting, and motivating them to take the next step in their vision journey. The right candidate is persuasive without being pushy, empathetic without losing focus, and confident in leading consultative sales conversations from first inquiry to booked consultation.
Hourly rate is $21 - $25 per hour with incentive compensation potential.
This is a remote position; however you must be located in one of the states we operate in: California, Arizona, Oregon, Nevada, Texas or Utah.
Responsibilities
  • Engage prospective patients with enthusiasm, confidence, and professionalism from the very first call
  • Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled consultations through consultative conversation and relationship building
  • Educate patients on procedures, financing options, and the NVISION experience in a clear, compelling way
  • Overcome objections and help hesitant callers feel confident moving forward
  • Deliver a concierge level experience that exceeds expectations
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to reengage prospective patients and maximize conversions
  • Build trust while representing our surgeons and clinical teams with professionalism
  • Use empathy and sound judgment when assisting anxious or upset callers
  • Accurately schedule appointments across multiple clinic locations
  • Collaborate with clinic teams to support patient retention and satisfaction
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on offerings and processes
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics related to conversion, booking, and patient satisfaction

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales or customer engagement experience (inside sales, retail, real estate, appointment setting, hospitality, or similar)
  • Proven ability to influence conversations and convert opportunities into appointments or sales
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with confidence and professionalism
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to connect quickly
  • Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, elective procedures, or ophthalmology is a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
