Position: Restaurant Barback
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Stock and rotate coolers and maintain liquor room.
-Assist with bottle service and bussing.
-Assist the bartenders during rushes by serving drinks.
-Consistently collect, wash, sanitize and restock all glass and barware for repeated bartender use.
-Efficiently and continuously re-stock bartender serving stations with liquor, ice, fruit, straws and napkins as necessary for bartender use.
-Perform general duties such as taking out trash, stocking restrooms, and complying with special requests set forth by management.
-Execute weekly inventory of alcohol at all stations, liquor cage, walk-in cooler and liquor room for Bar Manager to place reorders.
-Receive and back-stock weekly alcohol and supply deliveries into assigned and allocated areas of the bar.
-Manage closing duties, including cleaning entire bar area and back area as well as prepare bar for the next day's shift.
Qualifications:
-Previous barback experience preferred.
-Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
-Good communications skills and attention to detail.

Hourly pay (NY only)- $11.00 per hour plus tips.
*If your wage + tips does not equal at least minimum wage, your hourly pay will be adjusted to minimum wage.
