As a Front of House or Assistant General Manager at Boqueria, you will be the right hand to our General Manager, providing guests with the best possible experience and creating a positive work culture by personally exemplifying our core values. You will also be responsible for assisting the General Manager to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds its financial targets and overseeing the restaurant's preparedness for daily service and DOH inspection readiness.

What we're looking for:

  • Desire and motivation to work with a lot of energy and positivity
  • Excellent food and beverage knowledge
  • Sufficiently technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure (OpenTable, Toast, Restaurant 365, Dolce)
  • Food Handler's Certification from the Department of Health
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead
  • Understand and support managing financial implications of operational decisions
  • A good sense of humor
  • Must be at least 18 years old
