RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support servers in delivering attentive, polished food and beverage service, embracing the mindset that "every table is your station".
  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, assisting with menus, specials, and promotions as needed.
  • Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system and ensure timely, precise delivery from the kitchen or bar.
  • Confirm order accuracy and check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate full knowledge of menu and bar offerings and confidently make recommendations.
  • Assist with clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables to support smooth service flow.
  • Complete opening, running, and closing side work to keep service areas organized and prepared.
  • Adhere to all state and federal alcohol service regulations, including verifying guest age and monitoring responsible consumption.
  • Work collaboratively with the service and culinary teams to create a seamless guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training, review shift notes, attend meetings, and uphold all company policies and service standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
