Job Summary: As the Assistant General Manager (AGM) of our fine dining restaurant, you will be responsible for leading our Front of House team and ensuring an unparalleled dining experience for our guests. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing daily operations, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front of House, including managing the service team, coordinating reservations, and ensuring efficient table turnover
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster strong relationships with our guests
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Coach, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional service
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu items and presentation meet the highest standards
