Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. The ideal candidate will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Support inventory management, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to implement marketing and promotional activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Step in to manage the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
