Job description

We are currently seeking a Maintenance / Engineer to join our team!
Responsibilities:
  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Estimate time and extent of repairs
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain material and supply inventory
  • Be ready and quick with your knowledge and experience to ensure guest safety and comfort and a safe environment critical to fellow associates.
  • Great team player / assisting with other departments
  • Maintain Records and logs (experience using Quore will be a plus)
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to every emergency that arises during your shift.
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to every crisis that occurs while on call.
  • Help keep the mechanical areas safe, orderly, and clean and maintain legible, orderly records
  • Cleaning the pool
  • Previous Hotel / Apartment experience is a plus
  • Provide shuttle service to our guests when needed during your shift.
  • Be prepared to complete special projects whenever asked

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Good understanding of wall painting and drywall repair
  • Basic knowledge of electrical repair and fixture installation
  • Familiarity with AC, HVAC, and PTACs
  • Must have a good understanding of outdoor Pool functions and maintenance
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Experience with Grounds upkeep
  • Ability to handle a physically demanding workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Able to use a PC and Tablet
  • Must be able to be on-call after hours when needed
  • Experience With Quore Maintenance System is a plus
