Job Summary 

As a Sleep Lab Tech, you would perform comprehensive sleep study and analysis, and associated interventions. You will orient and explain the procedure to each patient arriving at the sleep center.

• You will apply electrodes and sensors necessary to perform testing.
• Calibrate equipment and adjust for proper functioning during recording.
• You will perform appropriate physiologic calibrations to ensure proper signals.
• Utilize your ability to recognize EEG, EKG and sleep abnormalities.
• You are responsible for CPAP/Bi PAP/ASV/AVAP titration and oxygen therapy when applicable.
• Understand and follow the criteria to perform a split night study.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Program, or Certification in Sleep for RPSGT, CPSGT, or RST, or Nursing Program.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
